He can only use the shoulder muscles, elbow flexor, wrist extensor muscle. only the intrinsic muscles in the hands are weak. (The right side is weaker than the left side) He must receive moderate assistance to maximum assistance in his daily activities.
After he was rehabilitated at the BBH Hospital, he had significantly improved the hand and fine motor function by performing in various activities, for example, he was able to pick up a small pin, hold the tennis ball firmly, and the posture was more accurate. He can throw tennis balls more accurately into the target. He put the peg in and picked it off the board with his fingers tighter. He can push the peg in and pull out of the putty. He can also catch various sizes of wooden blocks and can build a tower.
